PINK is coming big this spring & after a black winter it's just what I need! I have already fallen into a pink mania and fear that it will not be descended toward Spring and Summer (Probably the opposite - escalate)

Rusty Snapshot

Now that the winter really is here, I'm in need of loads of warming pieces. With that said on the top of my list stands knits - preferably in neutral colours. I'm thinking rust, beige, mustard, orange and red.

Strike a pose

Combining light & heavy fabrics is exactly how I want compose my outfits right now. I especially adore the sheer maxi skirts that creates a grunge feeling to the look. Just too bad that it's winter & these kind of outfits seems pretty unpractical.

My personal style can be summarized with classical looks combined with trendy details. It never goes wrong & works all days of the week. In this outfit I would say the shoes makes the girl - really love those from Zara.

After having some cravings for red knits, I realized that I have seen a great picture of Carrie Bradshaw in red. After all this time I still think she looks stunning & decided to vote for red knits as an accent piece this winter.

Trademark look.

Karl Lagerfeld is propably the most obvious (and maybe the most interesting)example on personal branding. Today he has a strongly developed "trademark look" that can be recognized at a glance. Including high collar shirts, sunglasses, suit & of course his ponytail - always in black & white. He's as cool as he's scary, but got to love him. ♥

I passed by Topshop to do some online shopping & came across this moodboard of "Snow Queens". Immediately I wanted to cover myself up in fur, knits, gossamer & tulle. That's what inspirations are for!?

My best inspiration source remains in street style photos. The best part is when inspiration can actually be converted to reality (for a affordable price). Anyway, this is exactly how I want to look this season. Especially the shoes, got to love them!

Not sure if it's Alexander McQueens earning that skulls are popping up every now and then on the fashion map. However, since a couple of seasons, skulls are a basic icon in Alex collections & he obviously wants us to keep it rocking, so lets!
